Be patient with me!

So, I’m a little embarrassed at how long it has been since I’ve posted anything, and a lot has changed since my last post.

Work:
I got a promotion at my part time retail job, and with my new management status came more hours to work, so I haven’t had a lot of time to knit.

School:
Midterms were intense, and now I’m gearing up for finals, so all the free time I do have after working longer hours has gone to studying, not knitting

Relationships:
I finally finished the collar for Tad’s sweater, and I shouldn’t have, because we were victimized by the sweater curse.  For those of you that have not heard of the curse, it’s rumored that if you knit you boyfriend (or girlfriend) a sweater, they will no longer be yours by the time the sweater is finished.  After four years of being together, we’ve decided that we are no longer a good fit for one another and that we are in just two completely different stages of our lives.  But we’re both ok, and we’re hoping to remain friendly so at least there’s that.

In terms of knitting, I did finish the Deco Cardigan, it’s just sitting on my couch waiting to be seamed and buttoned and I will post pictures as soon as that has been done, I promise.

Hopefully once school is out (just two more weeks!!) I’ll be able to post with more regularity.
